• You will pay for all work completed up to the termination date
• We will deliver all completed work and materials
• Any deposits paid may be non-refundable depending on work completed
• Confidentiality obligations will continue to apply

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodeFirst Systems and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of our services, or any content or materials you provide.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
